Dr. Aimee Labrie

Dr. Aimee Labrie, a native of Rochester Hills, Michigan, was the first in her family to be born in the United States after her parents moved from Ontario, Canada. She grew up with a variety of animals and found a passion for horses at a young age. She rode American Saddlebreds competitively for many years including competing at the World Championships, and eventually became an assistant trainer with a special interest in breeding. She put away her saddle in 2015 to focus on becoming a veterinarian. She completed her undergraduate studies at Oakland University before pursuing her passion for veterinary medicine at Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated in 2023.

While in school, Dr. Labrie developed special interests in companion animal soft tissue surgery, dentistry, dermatology, client education, and reproduction. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her little rescue dog Hiro, going on hikes, playing video games, trying out new restaurants, and working on various art projects.
